Researching treatment for bipolar depression

The CADET trial, run by researchers at Deakin University, was investigating whether candesartan (compared to a placebo) helps to reduce symptoms of bipolar depression and improve quality of life in people living with a diagnosis.

To be eligible, participants needed to be adults diagnosed with bipolar disorder who live within a commutable radius of the research site. We used specific geo-targeting to target people in Queensland and Victoria.

Our digital marketing package included copywriting, asset & landing page design, and the full digital marketing campaign from start to finish. We ran ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google. These ads were seen on 120,676 occasions with 4,650 clicks. 1,461 of these people went on to express interest to the study team.
