Exploring the community sentiment in fly in fly out workers
The Fly In Fly Out (FIFO) Communities project was looking to gather feedback and opinions from as many FIFO workers as possible in Australia. They are hoping to improve the population's experience in FIFO camps, by understanding the pros and cons of life there.
We helped the Creating Communities team find relevant people to fill out their survey. By advertising across four platforms - Snapchat, Google, Meta and X - we were able to champion the most effective platform and streamline the recruitment process for them. We delivered over 4000 participants to the study team throughout the campaign.
