University of Sheffield TRICEPS Stroke Recovery Study
Testing TVNS for stroke recovery
The TRICEPS study aims to understand how well TVNS (paired with rehabilitation) improves arm function in people who have survived a stroke. They needed to find people living with arm weakness following a stroke between 6 months to 10 years ago.
In just a six week advertising campaign, we showed the study to 151,086 people across Meta and Google, with just over a thousand of these people expressing interest in participation. We saw that Google had the highest click-through rate, but Facebook was the best convertor, showing how each platform has its strengths in recruitment.
