CALM is an online 5-session group intervention that gives pregnant people tools to manage changes in their mood, particularly worries about pregnancy.

The study is available to pregnant people living in Manchester, Birmingham, Tower Hamlets and Devon with the groups running online to make them as accessible as possible.

Who is the study for?
Who is the study for?
Anyone who is pregnant between 12 and 18 weeks gestation.

As well as accessing the group intervention, at the conclusion of the study you will receive a £20 voucher for all follow-on questionnaires you complete throughout the study.
