Researchers are conducting a study to find out whether an AI-powered, personalised nutrition system can improve people’s diets and health more effectively than standard dietary advice.
If you're interested in taking part in this study, click below to fill in a brief pre-screening form, and a member of the study team will get in touch with you if you're eligible.
The AI in this study uses data from a wearable micro-camera that records food and drink intake, alongside biological samples and body measurements, to generate tailored dietary recommendations.

You may be eligible to take part if:
you are 18-65 years old
you have a BMI greater than or equal to 25 kg/m² (if you’re of Asian ethnicity, a BMI greater than or equal to 23 kg/m²)
your waist circumference is greater than or equal to 102cm for males, 88cm for females (if you’re of Asian ethnicity greater than or equal to 90cm for males and 80cm for females)
you have not been diagnosed with any chronic conditions

If you decide to take part in this study you will be asked to:
wear a camera attached to your glasses (or as a chest pendant if you don’t wear glasses) daily for five days during the monitoring period, and then for one day per week every other week during a 12-week intervention period; this camera will record the food and drinks you consume
attend one screening visit and 4 short study visits at the NIHR Imperial Clinical Research Facility, Hammersmith Hospital, London W120HS
provide blood, urine and stool samples
