C(E)TRs are also called Care and Treatment Reviews (CTRs).

We are doing a project called CECiLiA, and we want to find out what people think about CTRs. We’re inviting family members and carers (paid or unpaid) of people who have had a CTR in the last year to take part in a short survey.

CTRs, also known as C(E)TRs, have been around for many years, but we don't know how well they work or how they could be made better.


We want to hear from people with experience of C(E)TRs, so that we can understand how we can improve them. This will help us to better support others in the future.

If you decide to take part, we'll ask you to complete a 30-minute survey. You can complete the survey on a laptop or mobile phone. We can also provide an Easy Read version, a paper version, or interview you (online or in-person).

This survey has been designed together with autistic people and people with learning disabilities, as well as family members and carers.
