About the study

Everything can be done from home. There are no clinic visits required. You'll be randomly assigned to receive either the study medication or a placebo for 6 months, with an equal chance of receiving either. Neither you nor the research team will know which you receive.

What's involved

In addition to taking your assigned medication, you'll complete short questionnaires at 3, 6, and 12 months after joining, by phone, video call, online, or on paper, whichever works best for you. The team will also check in with you regularly during the trial.
