Who can take part?
We invite you to take part in this survey if:

You currenty have gestational diabetes OR
You have had gestational diabetes in the last five years
You were living the UK at the time you had gestational diabetes
You have a child who is between 22 and 26 months old
Your child was born at term (37+ weeks)
You are able to travel to Emory University for an in-person visit
Participants will receive a $60 gift card for taking part
