What is SFBT?

What is SFBT?

SFBT is a short-term therapy that helps people to change by focusing on building solutions rather than getting stuck thinking about problems. Half of the participants in the Solutions Trial will be offered SFBT plus any support they would normally get, and half will only get the support they would normally get (and no SFBT). All participants will be asked to complete some questionnaires about things that may change because of taking part in the Trial. This way we can see whether SFBT makes a difference.
