Researchers at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) are studying the sexual health of people who survived cancer in childhood, adolescence, or young adulthood.

Who can take part?

You may be eligible to take part if you:

  • Are 18 or older

  • Were diagnosed with cancer before the age of 25

  • Have finished active treatment (including surgery, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy) — those on maintenance therapy such as hormonal therapy are still eligible

  • Are currently free of cancer or in remission

  • Live in Australia or New Zealand

You may be eligible to take part if you:

  • Are 18 or older

  • Were diagnosed with cancer before the age of 25

  • you are a parent carer (biological, step, adoptive, or foster)

  • you are 18 years or over

  • you live in England

  • your child is aged 2–11 and has a learning disability, is being assessed for one, or has developmental delay / global developmental delay, AND

  • you have concerns about your child’s behaviour and/or emotions

Taking part involves completing an anonymous online survey, which takes around 25–30 minutes. You can complete it on your phone, tablet, or computer.


Some participants may also be invited to take part in an optional interview to share their experiences and support needs in more detail — this is entirely your choice.


Everyone who completes the survey will go into a draw to win a voucher worth $50-250 AUD.
