The survey asks about staff who support SEND in your school and about features of your school population. All responses are anonymous — your school will not be identifiable.

Your contribution will help to improve the experiences of young people with SEND.


The survey should take between 15-30 minutes to complete, with longer times for schools that have SEN Units, Resourced Provisions and similar.
