The program is made up of nine short modules you can complete at home. During the program you'll:
Watch short video lessons on how babies learn to move
Try simple daily play activities using things you already have at home
Track and celebrate your baby's milestones
Join small live group sessions with other parents, led by movement experts (optional)
3 Moves Ahead supports, but does not replace, guidance from your paediatrician or therapist. If you have concerns about your child's development, please talk to your care team.
